Ray Jones is an excellent realtor!!! He was always on time, if not early, for our appointments. Ray brought meaningful comps from my area and suggested a sale price. Even though I wanted to sell lower, he convinced me, with the comps and his knowledge of the area, to go higher by a few thousand which I then decided to do. We ended up in a bidding war (which he knew how to handle) and I ended up obtaining more money than the asking price!! Without Ray, I would have ended up with thousands of dollars less than the sale price for my home.
I had questions about the real estate contract and Ray was able to answer them so that I could understand it.
Additionally, I needed some odds and ends done for my condo, before it was put on the market, by some handy men and Ray was able to suggest a couple names to me - the handy men were very good.
Probably the most important quality to me is that Ray is always available - most times we texted and he is incredibly responsive! Ray responded almost immediately via text!
Ray is an awesome realtor! I am so happy a friend recommended him to me!
